300 g sea bream
1 medium-sized onion
Thinly sliced lemon
2 spoons of extra-virgin
olive oil
1 bay leaf
Baking paper

Clean the sea bream and cut the baking paper properly. Then place the bream onto the baking paper and add some salt and black pepper. Put thinly sliced onions and some parsley inside and on top of the fish. To add flavor, put a few thin lemon slices inside the fish. Pour two spoons of olive oil over the fish evenly and add bay leaf and a few lemon slices on top. Fold the baking paper, making sure it is fully closed. Bake for 20 minutes in the oven preheated to 200°C.
